Privacy
The game collects nothing. If you write to us, we keep your address and message so we can answer.
The game
- Up the Leagues makes no network calls. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party service in the game. Nothing about you, or how you play, leaves your phone.
- Your save is kept in the app’s own storage on your phone. If your phone backs up app data (iCloud, Google or a computer), the backup may include it, under your own backup settings.
- After your first promotion the game may ask the App Store or Google Play to show its rating prompt. The store decides whether to show it and handles any rating under its own privacy policy; the game sends nothing with it.
- If the game hits an error, it keeps a short note of it on your phone: the error, the screen, the game’s version, your phone’s system version, and your club and week. It is never sent by itself. The game can open your mail app with a report already written; you read it first, and if you send it, it goes from your own email account to the address it shows. We use a report only to fix the problem.
On the App Store and Google Play: Data not collected.
- If you write to hello@uptheleagues.com, we hold your address and your message so we can answer.
- They are kept for us by mailbox.org, the email service that runs that inbox (mailbox.org’s privacy policy).
- If you ask to hear when the game is out, we’ll send you one email when it is. If you ask to test it, we’ll send you an invite before then. We delete launch requests once the launch email has gone.
- We never share or sell your address.
- To leave sooner, write to the same address and we’ll delete your address and messages.
- We hold your address because you wrote to us, and you can take that back at any time. If you’re under 16, ask a parent or guardian before you write to us.

Your rights and who to ask
Up the Leagues is made by Sam Doidge, who is responsible for this policy. You can ask what we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted, at hello@uptheleagues.com. If you’re in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
If the game ever sends anything, this page will say so first, and the date at the top will change.
